Erica Boyle is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as Sr Director of Human Resources at Comcast since April 2025, Erica has previously held significant positions at Victoria’s Secret & Co. from September 2016 to April 2025, including AVP Human Resources and Human Resources Director. Prior to that, time was spent at Ralph Lauren in multiple HR capacities from September 2012 to September 2016. Erica holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Development from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management and Labor and Employment Relations from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey.
