Megan McCaffrey

Megan McCaffrey has over 19 years of work experience, starting in 2002 as an Office Manager at A&A Custom Signs & Apparel. In 2009, they joined CubeSmart and held various roles such as Sales Center Team Lead, Accounts Payable Representative, Human Resources Coordinator/Manager, HR Business Partner, and Manager of HR Business Partnership. Megan is currently working as the Director of Human Resources, providing leadership and guidance on talent management, teammate relations, performance management, compensation, engagement, career development, and management capability building.

Megan McCaffrey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology/Criminal Justice from Villanova University. Megan has also obtained additional certifications including the Women's Leadership Series from Temple University Fox Center for Executive Education and certifications in Human Resource Management, Mastering Organizational Effectiveness, and Strategic Organizational Leadership from Villanova University.
