Jason Farmer is an Executive Director of Workforce Management currently leading a national team at Comcast, overseeing call routing and agent onboarding. Previously, they held various leadership roles within the company, including Senior Director, where they directed large-scale migrations and established centralized governance for workforce operations. Jason is recognized for their ability to optimize customer experience and drive strategic initiatives while fostering a results-driven culture. They are presently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at LSU Shreveport.
