Joann Taylor

Joann Taylor is an accomplished finance executive with over 12 years of progressive experience in strategic finance leadership and operational excellence. They have served in multiple leadership roles at Comcast, including Senior Director of Human Resources and Director of Talent Operations, where they utilized data analytics and innovative strategies to enhance recruitment and employee retention. As Social Media Director for WICT DC/Baltimore Chapter, Joann contributed to the organization's outreach efforts. Currently, Joann is pursuing a Bachelor in Accounting from DeVry University, an Associate of Science in Business Administration and Management from Northern Virginia Community College, and an MBA from The University of Arizona Global Campus.
