Kathryn Stracquatanio

Kathryn Stracquatanio is an accomplished design and engineering professional with extensive experience in user experience (UX) and design leadership at Comcast since September 2017. As Executive Director of Global Design Engineering, Kathryn leads a team of over 25 individuals to integrate UX and UI across the Xfinity product suite, focusing on ideation, delivery, design systems, and tools to enhance collaboration between designers and developers. Previous roles at Comcast include Senior Director and Director in UX Engineering and Experience Design, where Kathryn managed the development of innovative user experiences and the product feature roadmap. Prior experience includes significant positions at Bluecadet, One Trick Pony, Dana Communications, Princeton Communications Group, and MFR Consultants, culminating in a BS in Graphic Design from Philadelphia University in 2008.
