Mike Norman is a dynamic project management leader with over 15 years of experience driving strategic initiatives. Currently serving as a Senior Manager in the Project Management Office at Comcast, Mike is recognized for building high-performing teams and delivering complex programs on time and within budget. Previously, Mike held various roles at Comcast, where they focused on strategy and stakeholder alignment across divisional project management offices. Mike holds a Bachelor's degree in Graphic/Information Design from Central Connecticut State University and is passionate about coaching, mentoring, and advocating for veterans.
