Nadia Aghaie

Nadia Aghaie is a seasoned communications and operations leader with expertise in organizational design, optimization, and change management. They have experience in various roles, including as a Chief of Staff and a Corporate Communication Specialist at Southwire Company, where they effectively communicated with nearly 8,000 employees. Previously, Nadia served as the Assistant Director of Social Media and Graphic Design at the University of West Georgia, where they developed promotional events and managed multiple social media accounts.
