Paul Lederhos

Paul Lederhos is currently a Senior Manager of Customer Service Strategy & Operations at Comcast Cable, a position held since 2006. With extensive experience in customer service management, they previously served as IP Support Manager at Comcast Communications, where they led teams to achieve increased productivity and customer satisfaction. Earlier in their career, Paul held the role of Manager of Investor Services at Janus Capital Group, overseeing public events and communications with senior executives and stakeholders. Paul is also pursuing degrees in History and Education from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
