Sonya Miller

Sonya Miller, SPHR, MBA, possesses extensive experience in human resources, having served in various managerial roles at organizations such as ManpowerGroup, Medical College of Wisconsin, Motorola Mobility, and Comcast. At ManpowerGroup, Sonya held positions from Human Resources Manager to Employee Relations Specialist, focusing on strategic planning, talent management, and employee engagement while also managing an Employee Relations Contact Center. Sonya's earlier roles included Security Group Leader at Motorola Mobility, where oversight included hiring, performance management, and training for security personnel.
