Shweta Tripathi

Shweta Tripathi has been working in the Human Resources field since 2014. Shweta began their career as an HR Trainee at Kotak Mahindra Bank. Shweta then moved to MPS Limited, where they held the role of Corporate Human Resources for two years. In 2016, they joined Innodata Inc. as a Talent Management Specialist. In 2018, they moved to TO THE NEW as a Human Resource Business Partner. Currently, they are working at OnceHub as Global HR Leader and Global Human Resources Business Partner. In this role, they created and implemented a comprehensive HR strategy and is responsible for all aspects of HR.
