Aladdin Kolat

Aladdin Kolat currently serves as the Head of HR at Toyota Tsusho Europe since April 2023. Prior to this role, Aladdin held the position of Human Resources Manager at Federal-Mogul Powertrain from August 2017 to May 2023, and served as Human Resources Chief at Hyundai Motor Company from September 2011 to August 2017. Aladdin's career in human resources began as a Specialist at TOYOTETSU Otomotiv Parçaları San. ve Tic. A.Ş. from September 2008 to September 2011. Additionally, Aladdin worked as a Project Engineer at DEMİROK Mechatronics, Manufacturing, Installation and Contracting Ltd. from June 2006 to December 2007 and was the Environmental Management System Responsible at PIRELLI-ÇELIKORD from January 2005 to June 2006. Aladdin Kolat holds a Master's degree from Kocaeli University, completed between 2005 and 2008, and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering from Kocaeli University, obtained from 2000 to 2005.
