Troy Griffin

Troy Griffin has extensive experience in customer strategy and operations, currently serving as Vice President of NCoE Strategy and Operations at Comcast since February 2003. Prior roles at Comcast include Regional Vice President of Customer Strategy and Operations and Senior Director of Customer Care. Before joining Comcast, Troy held multiple positions as Director of Care Operations at Cox Communications from 1999 to 2002 and served as Operations Manager at Amerigroup Corporation from 1997 to 2000. Troy's educational background includes degrees from James Madison University, Old Dominion University, and Virginia Union University, as well as completion of studies at Indian River High School.
