Kevin Taylor

Kevin Taylor is a Venture Partner at Comeback Capital. Kevin has over 9 years of experience in talent development and engineering management.

Kevin started their career as an Adjunct Lecturer at DePaul University, where they taught for four years. Kevin then transitioned to Groupon, where they became the Director of Talent Development. In this role, Kevin was responsible for hiring over 500 engineers and increasing retention rates.

After Groupon, Kevin became a Senior Instructor at DePaul University. In this role, they were responsible for leading the software apprenticeship program and integrating Obtiva's 40 engineers into the larger company. Kevin was also responsible for maintaining a 95% retention rate for Obtiva engineers.

Most recently, Kevin has been working as a Venture Partner at Comeback Capital. In this role, they are responsible for investing in early-stage companies and helping them grow and scale.

Kevin Taylor has a Doctorate in Business Administration from DePaul Driehaus College of Business, a BA in Economics from DePaul University, and an Associate's Degree from Diablo Valley College.
