Amy Manning has held a variety of roles in the technology and digital marketing industries since 2003. Amy began their career as a Freelance Web Developer and SEO Specialist in Hawaii, where they worked to create search engine optimized websites for tourism based businesses. In 2009, they became the V.P. of Client Services at C2B Interactive, an SEO agency, where their primary focus was strategy, implementation, project management, and team building. In 2011, they took on a contract role as the Head of SEO for American Express Publishing, where they worked closely with editors, developers, and executives to create their SEO strategy, facilitate implementation, and track results. In 2012, they held two roles, Organic Search Director at GroupM/MindShare and Vice President of Customer Success & Strategy at BrightEdge. At GroupM/MindShare, they provided team leadership and client accountability, while at BrightEdge they worked to "raise the tide" for their entire Customer Success, Support, and Professional Services organization of over 50 professionals. In 2018, they became the Vice President of Global Customer Success at Lawgeex and Vice President of Customer Success at SecurityScorecard. In 2021, they joined the Leadership Advisory Panel at Transformative Leadership in Disruptive Times at Seton Hall. In 2022, they began working as an Advisor at Sendoso and SVP of Global Customer Success & Support at Comeet.

Amy Manning obtained a Transformative Leadership degree from Pace University - Lubin School of Business in 2021, with a field of study in Organizational Leadership. Amy also attended Clark University from 1998 to 2000, studying Graphics and Web Design. In addition, they have obtained certifications from The Black Swan Group in Leadership Group Coaching (2020), BrightEdge (2013), and Google in AdWords (2012).
