David Brainson

David Brainson serves as the Chief Investment Officer and Managing Member of Cresson Management Virgin Islands LLC since January 2013, focusing on direct private investments. In addition, David co-founded and holds the position of Executive Chairman at both Stratford Cresson Partners LLC, an investment firm in litigation finance, and Allia Group, specializing in health insurance reimbursement strategies. David is involved as a seed investor and board member at LiST Funding and Exigence Ltd. Additionally, David is an investor and board observer for Arugga AI Farming Ltd. and Proggio, and an advisor for Comeet. As the Executive Director of The Conduit Foundation, David directs philanthropic efforts. David's educational background includes an MBA and a Master of Science in Accounting from NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
