Gilly Noyman has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2006, they began their career in the IDF, where they worked in behavioral diagnostics until 2008. Gilly then joined Adam Milo as a Diagnostic and Recruiter, responsible for guiding new candidates and administering behavioral simulations. From 2014 to 2016, Gilly worked as a Sales Manager at Afeka Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering, focusing on lead generation and program sales.

In 2016, they transitioned to Elevation Academy, where they served as a Sales Executive and later as a Project and Training Coordinator. In these roles, they managed training logistics, maintained client relationships, and facilitated customer feedback processes.

In 2020, Gilly joined 6Knots as a Human Resources Recruiting Manager, overseeing full-cycle recruitment processes for startups and implementing recruitment infrastructure. Gilly also worked on recruitment projects for various startup companies.

Gilly then took on the role of Talent Acquisition Consultant at Zencity and Talent Acquisition via 6knots at Trigo in 2021. At Palo Alto Networks from 2022 to 2023, Gilly served as a Technical Recruiter, responsible for sourcing and hiring top talent through multiple channels.

Currently, they work as a Customer Success Manager at Comeet, where they ensure customer satisfaction and success.

Gilly Noyman attended The Max Stern Yezreel Valley College from 2010 to 2013, earning a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences.
