Sharon Pringle Phr, Msl

Sharon Pringle, PHR, MSL, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at Comer Distributing Company, Inc. since April 2023. Prior to this role, Sharon held the position of Director of Human Resources at Daniel Stowe Botanical Garden from December 2006 to April 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing all HR functions as part of the senior leadership team. Sharon also worked as an Employee Relations Specialist at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools from October 2002 to November 2006, managing employee relations for over 5,000 staff members, and at Pathways MH/DD/SA Area Authority from November 2000 to October 2002, where a new employee relations program was established for around 700 employees in the mental health field. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Elon University and a Master of Science in Organizational Change & Leadership from Pfeiffer University.
