Fernando Oliveira

Fernando Oliveira currently serves as Vice-presidente de Finanças (CFO) at Comerc Energia since July 2020. Previously, Fernando held multiple executive roles at CVC CORP from June 2010 to May 2020, including Diretor Executivo de Planejamento, Revenue Management e Novos Negócios, and Diretor Financeiro. Prior to that, Fernando worked as a Senior Consultant at Bain & Company from January 2009 to May 2010 and held various positions at Itaú Unibanco from January 2002 to January 2009, including Gerente de Planejamento Comercial. Fernando began a career in project management as Gerente de Projeto at ITA Júnior from June 1999 to December 2001. Academic credentials include a degree in Engenharia de Computação from Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica - ITA and a pós-graduação in Finanças from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa. Additionally, Fernando completed a program at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business in 2015.
