Chris Hendrickson is an accomplished banking executive with extensive experience in change management and product development. Currently serving as SVP, Director Change Readiness Operations at Comerica Bank, Chris leads a team to execute change portfolios in collaboration with executive leadership. Previously, Chris held senior leadership roles at Fifth Third Bank, JPMorgan Chase & Co., TD Bank Group, First Merchants Corporation, and First Midwest Bank, specializing in business banking, product management, and strategic initiatives. Chris's educational background includes a Graduate School of Banking Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor of Science in Banking and Finance from Ball State University.
