Jacqueline Brown is an accomplished Learning & Development professional with extensive experience in analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating training solutions to address business needs. Currently serving as AVP, Learning & Development Consultant at Comerica Bank since October 2022, Jacqueline leads various initiatives focused on career and change management, coaching, and performance management. Previously, Jacqueline held the position of Senior Instructional Systems Designer at Ford Motor Company from June 2017 to July 2022, where responsibilities included conducting needs analysis and collaborating with subject matter experts. Prior experience at Raytheon from April 2009 to June 2017 involved ensuring instructional integrity and developing solutions in partnership with stakeholders. Jacqueline holds a Master of Arts degree.
