JC Will currently serves as Senior Vice President and Head of Identity and Access Management at Comerica Bank since July 2024. Prior to this role, JC held the position of Senior Executive Director for Global Identity and Access Management at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from May 2020 to July 2024. JC's experience also includes leading Identity and Access Management and Data Governance initiatives at Bridgewater Associates from March 2015 to May 2020, where a comprehensive IAM program was developed. Earlier, as Director of Identity and Access Management at NBCUniversal Media, LLC, JC executed a strategic vision that transformed the IAM team into a business enabler and modernized the technology stack. JC began professional career at SailPoint as Senior Technical Manager, playing a key role in deploying the first customer and mentoring project teams. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems with a concentration in Cyber Security from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science in Information Studies from Florida State University.
