Ernesto Restrepo

Ernesto Restrepo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in general management and business development across various companies in the food and automotive sectors. Currently serving as Director de unidad de negocio at Comestibles Aldor since August 2021, Ernesto previously held the position of Gerente General at Corporacion Munchy SAS until January 2024 and at Comercializadora Super de Alimentos C.A from September 2003 to February 2015. Early in the career, Ernesto led operations at Iderna de Venezuela C.A, successfully introducing multiple product lines to the Venezuelan market, and at Iderna Autopartes S.A, where management encompassed commercial, production, logistics, and supply chain functions. Ernesto holds a degree in Economics from Universidad Autonoma de Manizales, obtained in 1994, and has demonstrated a strong ability to optimize logistics, enhance product portfolios, and implement strategic business initiatives.
