Chloé Desault

Chloé Desault has a diverse range of work experiences, with a focus on recruitment, management, and marketing. Chloé'smost recent role was as the VP of Freelancer Agency at Comet, where they were responsible for strategizing and monitoring the agency's performance, managing a team of agents, and developing new community programs. Prior to that, they worked as a Growth Hacker and CRM Manager. Chloé also has experience as a Chief Operations Officer at Hiridium, where they co-founded the employee referral service, and as a CEO and Sales Manager at KinTribe, where they co-founded a CRM webapp. Chloé began their career as an IT Recruiter at Xebia France and Altran.

Chloé Desault began their education at the IUT de Bayonne et du Pays basque, where they pursued a DUT in Gestion des entreprises et des administrations from 2008 to 2010. Chloé then decided to further expand their knowledge in the field of management, and between 2010 and 2011, they attended the Université Toulouse - Jean Jaurès for a Licence professionnelle en sociologie appliquée. Continuing their studies, they obtained a Master professionnel in Management de l'action publique et des entreprises from the same institution, completing their education in 2013. Throughout their academic journey, Chloé focused on fields such as Management des organisations, Sociologie appliquée, and gestion des organisations.
