Hélène CORDELIER-ALESSI

Hélène Cordelier-Alessi started their work experience in 2006 at SCOR, where they served as a Chargée de Ressources Humaines until 2008. Hélène then joined ADP in 2009 as a Consultante RH and later became a Responsable d'activité in Human Capital Management from 2015 to 2018. From 2018 to 2022, they worked at ADP as a Responsable de projets amélioration continue. Currently, they are the Head of Project Management at Each One since September 2022.

Hélène CORDELIER-ALESSI completed their Master 2 in Human Resources Management and Development from IGS-RH from 2004 to 2008. In 2021, they enrolled at Chance to pursue Exploration de carrières / sensibilisation des compétences, and their education in this field is expected to be completed in 2022. Additionally, they obtained a Green Belt Lean Certification from XL GROUPE in June 2022.
