KH Tan currently serves as General Counsel APAC and Data Protection Coordinator at Comet Group since March 2024. Previous experience includes a lengthy tenure at Novartis from 2012 to October 2023, where notable roles encompassed Global Legal Head for External Supply and Contract Manufacturing, Country Legal Head in Malaysia, and various leadership positions in legal and organizational capacities.
