This includes overseeing fibre and cable installations, civil engineering projects, site procurement, and ensuring compliance with streetworks regulations. They coordinate with planning, training, and project management to ensure seamless and cost-effective execution of over 300,000 business and residential installations annually across the UK and Ireland.

Operations Team

The Project Management team at Comex 2000 is responsible for orchestrating and overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of various telecommunication projects across the UK and Ireland. This includes coordinating logistics, managing timelines, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and maintaining effective communication with clients like Virgin Media to deliver high-quality and cost-effective installation solutions. The team comprises Project Coordinators, Programme Managers, and Project Managers who work together to drive the company's proactive culture and operational excellence from the boardroom to the work site.
