Carlos Santiago

Carlos Santiago is a Language Learning Specialist at Foundever since September 2023, responsible for assessing new hire candidates and screening language proficiency in agents and staff. Concurrently, Carlos serves as an English Teacher at Comfamiliar Atlántico and as an English Language Specialist at the Ramachandra Dass Foundation. Previous roles include Sales Manager at Work4Solutions, English Language Teacher at Eurocentres, Sales Trainer at INB and AGR Group, and Assistant Contact Center Manager Sales at Teleperformance. Carlos has also worked as an English Proficiency Assurance Program Specialist at SYKES and a Foreign Language Teacher at Alianza Canadiense De Idiomas. Carlos holds a degree in Languages Teaching from Universidad del Atlántico and has completed additional education in teaching reading strategies at Cambridge University Press India Pvt. Ltd. and higher education foreign languages teaching at Escuela Normal Superior Santa Ana.
