Gee Bafhtiar

Gee Bafhtiar is the CEO of Comfort Care Services, a position they have held since December 2011. Gee was previously the Director of the Integration Management Office at Mubadala Development Company from January 2010 to December 2011, responsible for post merger integration of two aerospace MRO companies. Gee Bafhtiar was also the SVP of Continuous Improvement & PMO at SR Technics Group from March 2002 to December 2010, responsible for deploying Lean Six Sigma across the enterprise and directing the Program Management Office which accomplished a range of strategic projects. Prior to that, they were Quality Manager at British Airways from January 1994 to December 2002, responsible for the management of BAMC Quality Assurance, Continuous Improvement and Health & Safety functions in relation to the MRO of B747 and B777 aircraft. Gee Bafhtiar has also held the positions of Technical Services (Engineering) Manager, Avionics Technical Support Engineer and Avionics Development Engineer.

Gee Bafhtiar has an AMP from Harvard Business School, a Doctorate in M&A; post acquasition integration from University of Warwick, and an MBA in Management from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd. Gee also has certification from the Engineering Council in C.Eng, Royal Aeronautical Society in FRAeS, and SR Technics Group in Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
