John Sheridan

John Sheridan has extensive experience in management, recruitment, and public service. Currently serving as the Employee Engagement and Progression Manager at Comfort Keepers Ireland since June 2011, John has spearheaded initiatives in workforce planning, particularly during the Covid-19 pandemic, and has implemented the company’s first internal recruitment policy. As a County Councillor for Fianna Fáil since May 2019, John notably chaired the Ardee Municipal District. Previous roles include Parliamentary Assistant at the Department of the Taoiseach and News Reporter at the Dundalk Democrat, showcasing strong communication and project management skills. John holds a Master’s Degree in Management from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Politics, and Law from Dublin City University.
