Cynthia de Groot is an experienced recruitment specialist with a diverse background in corporate recruiting and talent acquisition across various organizations. Currently serving as a Recruitment Specialist at Groover Recruitment and in dual roles as a Corporate Recruiter at both Croonwolter&dros and Comfort Partners | TBI, Cynthia has previously held positions at EN HR Solutions and T-Mobile Nederland, where responsibilities included managing the entire recruitment process and launching initiatives such as the Team Magenta website. Cynthia’s early career included roles at FINTREX BV and Blueprint Financial Life Planning, with a strong foundation in HR and client relations. Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Leisure Management from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences, complemented by education at The Hague University of Applied Sciences and Develstein College. Additionally, Cynthia has traveled extensively across North America, Central America, South America, Oceania, and Asia, broadening cultural perspectives.
