Michael Peters has extensive experience in IT support and administration, currently serving as a System Administrator and Help Desk specialist at Comfort Research since January 2017. Prior experience includes working as a Network Connectivity Technician at Applied Imaging and as a Help Desk Analyst at IT Resource, Inc., where Michael provided Tier 1 and Tier 2 support and assisted in migrating a multi-location client from Novell to Active Directory. Michael holds an Associate’s Degree in Science from Kalamazoo Valley Community College, obtained between 2012 and 2014.
