Robert Averilla

Robert Averilla is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the System Administrator and Help Desk Team Lead at the University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry since July 2019. Prior experience includes roles as an Audio Visual Specialist at Astreya and Vendor Direct Solutions, along with a position as a Shipping Agent at FedEx Office, where customer service abilities were utilized. Robert began a career in customer service at Savemart Supermarkets, focusing on dairy product sales and front-end control. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Information Technology from Heald College-San Francisco and high school education from Naga College Foundation and Ateneo de Naga University.
