Jody Joles

Jody Joles has extensive experience in the field of human resources and HRIS. Joles started their career in 2007 as a Human Resources Manager at Forum Energy Technologies, where they were responsible for HRIS and corporate recruiting. In 2011, they joined Pioneer Energy Services as an HRIS Manager and later became the HRIS Director, focusing on implementing and managing the Workday system. Joles then moved on to Applied Materials in 2021, where they served as the Manager of Human Resources Technology. Currently, Joles holds the position of Director of Human Resources Operations at Comfort Systems USA, as well as the role of Director of HRIS.

Jody Joles earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and Business Management from Indiana University Indianapolis in 2006. In 2020, Jody acquired a Master of Science degree in Strategic Management from Indiana University Bloomington. Additionally, Jody holds the SHRM-CP certification, obtained from SHRM in 2015.
