Melissa Hughes

Melissa Hughes serves as the Director of Human Resources for New Group Operations and Technology at NBCUniversal since August 2022. Prior to this role, Melissa held several key positions at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., including Vice President of North America Human Resources and Executive Director of Human Resources. Earlier experiences include Senior Director of Talent and Organizational Development at Rodale, Director of Human Resources at J.Crew, and Director of Human Resources at Disney Publishing Worldwide. Melissa holds a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from National University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of California, Riverside.
