Wayne S Rachlen

Wayne S Rachlen, CPA has a strong work history spanning multiple industries and roles. Wayne S began their career in 1992 at American Medical Response as Director of Mergers and Acquisitions. Wayne S then joined Transcom USA as Vice President of Corporate Development in 1998. In 1999, they moved to IES as Vice President of Integration, where they stayed until 2005. From 2005 to 2007, they served as Vice President of Finance for the Houston Division at K. Hovnanian Homes. Wayne S then became the Chief Financial Officer at Comfort Systems USA - South Central from 2007 to 2011. Since 2012, Wayne has been with Comfort Systems USA, initially as the Regional Controller, then as the Director of Acquisitions from 2014 to 2015, and currently as the Vice President and Regional Controller.

Wayne S Rachlen, CPA completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance/Accounting at Bentley University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Salem State University.
