Rachael Ferguson is a seasoned professional in human resources and organizational effectiveness, currently serving as the Head of Organisational Effectiveness at ComfortDelGro Australia since September 2024. Previously, Rachael held the position of Human Resources Lead at A2B Australia Limited and worked as a Career Consultant & Coach at Randstad. Rachael's experience spans various roles including Senior Manager People & Culture Business Partnering and Senior Manager People Transformation & Change at Transport for NSW, as well as managerial positions at Qantas, including Manager QantasLink Cabin Crew and Manager Performance and Culture, International Customer Operations. Rachael's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Management from Massey University and certification as an Organisational Coach from the Institute of Executive Coaching & Leadership.
