Joyce Yeo

Joyce Yeo 杨凯淇 (IHRP-CP) serves as the Assistant Manager in Group Human Resource at ComfortDelGro since May 2025, leading recruitment initiatives for various subsidiaries and providing consultative support to HRBPs and Hiring Managers. Previously, Joyce held the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Infosys Compaz Pte Ltd, managing full-cycle recruitment for project-based roles in technology and corporate functions. Joyce's earlier experience includes leading the Talent Acquisition team at Bybit, where over 70 roles were hired in a quarter, as well as recruitment roles at companies such as Zoom, LeadIQ, VISEO, Beyondsoft International, AsiaCloud Solutions, and The British Club Singapore. Joyce holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management with Organisational Psychology from Edinburgh Napier University.
