Marina Koltsova

Marina Koltsova has extensive experience in real estate management, currently serving as the Manager of Real Estate at COMFY consumer electronics retail since November 2010. In this role, Marina oversees the management of real estate and commercial properties, conducts market analysis, negotiates lease agreements, and ensures compliance with contractual obligations. Prior to this, Marina worked as a Junior Economist at Med-Service Group from July 2008 to November 2010, where responsibilities included management accounting, lease agreement oversight, and budgeting for rents and utilities. Marina holds a Master's degree in Accounting and Audit from the National Metallurgical Academy of Ukraine, obtained between 2003 and 2008.
