Sébastien Dubois

Sébastien Dubois is the VP of Leasing, Retail at Cominar REIT. Sébastien has over 15 years of experience in the industry, and has held previous positions at New Look Vision Group, Oxford Properties Group, and Primaris REIT.

Sébastien is responsible for marketing vacant units, negotiating lease terms, maintaining peak levels of occupancy, and fostering positive relationships with tenants, brokers, staff, and other industry members. Sébastien is also accountable for revenue and occupancy targets, identifying remerchandising opportunities, and executing plans to increase the NOI.

In their previous role as Director, Portfolio Management & Retail Leasing at Primaris REIT, Sébastien was responsible for creating and executing strategic plans for the region with the focus to drive asset value and increase financial return to stakeholders. Sébastien led a team of General Managers and a portfolio of properties across the region and was responsible for identifying and applying best practices across all locations.
