Betsy Shriver

Betsy Shriver is a seasoned leasing executive with extensive experience in the retail real estate sector. Currently serving as VP of Leasing at Perform Properties since February 2025, Betsy previously held the position of Vice President of Leasing at Retail Opportunity Investments Corp. (ROIC) from July 2011 to June 2025, where responsibilities included developing leasing strategies for the Pacific Northwest region and overseeing over 20 grocery-anchored shopping centers. Prior roles include Senior Director of Leasing at Kimco Realty Corporation, managing a portfolio of 40 shopping centers across Oregon and Washington, and Leasing Director at Pan Pacific Retail Properties, Inc., covering more than 5 million square feet in 38 shopping centers. Betsy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism with a focus on Public Relations-Broadcasting from the University of Oregon.
