Pilar Sanchez

Pilar Sanchez is a seasoned professional in the telecommunications industry with extensive experience in technical consultancy and engineering roles. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at the Comisión Nacional de Mercados y Competencia since April 2008, Pilar provides expertise for the independent regulator and competition authority in Spain. Prior to this, Pilar held key positions at Nortel, including Senior Engineer and VoIP Chief Engineer, leading projects in VoIP implementation for major telecommunications operators across Europe. At Telefonica R&D, Pilar specialized in VoIP network design and management, and previous experience includes a role as a Presales Engineer at British Telecom. Pilar holds a Telecommunication Engineering Degree from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
