Bruno Paulmier

Bruno Paulmier is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public administration and local governance. Currently serving as a member of the board and president of the college of territorial collectivities at Comité 21 since July 2022, Bruno also holds the position of president at the Association des dirigeants territoriaux et anciens de l'INET (ADT-INET) since January 2020. Bruno's previous roles include Director General of Services at Mairie de Niort from June 2008 to December 2022, Director of Coordination at Conseil Départemental de l'Essonne from 2005 to 2008, and Director General of Services at Ville d'Athis-Mons and Ville du Kremlin-Bicêtre from 2000 to 2005 and 1995 to 2000, respectively. Educational qualifications include a Diplôme PES from Sciences Po in 1986, completion of the Cycle supérieur de management at the Institut National des Etudes Territoriales (INET) in 2004, and ongoing studies in the Cycle supérieur du développement durable at the Ministry of Ecological Transition since 2021.
