Bruno Paulmier is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public administration and local governance. Currently serving as a member of the board and president of the college of territorial collectivities at Comité 21 since July 2022, Bruno also holds the position of president at the Association des dirigeants territoriaux et anciens de l'INET (ADT-INET) since January 2020.
