Kevin Pross has over 35 years of experience in technical and service management roles. Since July 2020, Kevin has been with Comm-Tronics, Inc., where responsibilities have included Service Manager, Project Manager, and Technical Service Manager. Prior to this, Kevin worked at Xerox from March 1985 to July 2020 as a Remote Support Specialist, gaining extensive expertise in customer service and technical support.
