Crystalee Beck

Crystalee Beck is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in communication, entrepreneurship, and investment. Currently serving as a Limited Partner at Convoi Ventures since September 2024, Crystalee is also the Founder and CEO of Comma Copywriters, which focuses on helping marketers enhance their thought leadership through high-value content. As the Cofounder and President of The Mama Ladder™ International, Crystalee empowers women balancing motherhood and entrepreneurship. Previous roles include authoring a book on serial entrepreneur Alan E. Hall, teaching communication courses at Weber State University, managing internal communications at MarketStar, and writing features for various media outlets. Crystalee holds a Master’s Degree in Professional Communication from Weber State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a Public Relations emphasis from Brigham Young University.
