Andrew Rawdon

Andrew Rawdon has a diverse work experience in human resources and management roles. Andrew is currently working as the Human Resources Director at Comma Insurance since January 2022. Prior to this, Andrew served as the Chief People and Technology Officer at the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma from December 2017 to July 2021. Before that, they worked as the Employee Engagement Manager at SandRidge Energy from September 2007 to December 2016. Their earlier experience includes serving as the Human Resources Coordinator at Nabors Industries from May 2006 to September 2007, where they managed various HR functions and acted as the point person for corporate management.

Andrew Rawdon received their HS Diploma in General Studies from Choctaw High School in the years 1999-2002. Andrew then attended the University of Oklahoma from 2002-2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree in Public Administration. In 2010, they completed a Professional Certification Course in Human Resources Management and Services at Oklahoma State University. Additionally, they have obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management.
