Jim Nadolski

Jim Nadolski has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jim currently holds the position of Vice President Telematics Engineering at Command Alkon since September 2022. Before that, they served as the Telematics Engineering Director at the same company, providing technical leadership for software engineering teams since December 2016.

Before joining Command Alkon, Jim was the Managing Partner at Riverbend Innovations LLC for the year 2016. Jim was responsible for managing the company and leveraging telematics technology to develop solutions for fleet, dealer, and OEM challenges.

From 2010 to 2015, Jim worked at Navistar Inc as the Manager of Shared Services and Technology. Jim was accountable for managing technology needs for a Contact Center and overseeing a team of web developers who created a telematics solution for remote diagnostic issues in heavy trucks and buses.

Prior to that, they served as a Technology Manager at BP from 2007 to 2010. Their role involved providing technical solutions and support for a Contact Center, including upgrading workforce management systems and utilizing CRM systems.

Jim's career began in 1997 at Nicor Gas, where they held the positions of Project Manager and Web Developer. Jim was responsible for developing custom web applications and managing projects related to computer-aided dispatch systems.

Before their civilian career, Jim served as a RADAR Technician in the United States Marine Corps from 1985 to 1991.

Jim Nadolski graduated from Northern Illinois University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. Jim also received a certification in Project Management from Loyola University Chicago. In addition, Jim has obtained additional certifications, including "Becoming a Serving Leader" from Command Alkon in 2023 and a certification in Project Management.
