Nikita Khara

Nikita Khara is a seasoned human resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Command Education since May 2025. Previously, Nikita held the position of Talent & HR Manager at Amerigo Education from March 2020 to April 2025, where responsibilities included leading the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging Council. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Fog Software Group and HR Specialist at Shoplogix, as well as consulting and assistant positions in human resources at Primary Care Joliet and Iowa Ortho. Nikita began the professional journey with internships in human resources at Iowa Ortho and Orchard Place and has experience as a Resident Assistant at Drake University and a Political Organizer for NARAL Pro-Choice America. Nikita earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from Drake University.
