Lester Ramirez

Lester Ramirez has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. Lester began their career in 1999 as an IE -Auditor/Junior Industrial Engineer at Caronica, S, where they focused on monitoring bottlenecks and addressing operator and salary issues. In 2001, they served as a Production Sewing Line Manager at Rocedes Apparel before transitioning to the role of Import and Export Manager at USLC de Nicaragua in 2002. From 2004 to 2008, Lester worked as a QC Auditor for Compliance/Conformances at Li & Fung Limited.
