Vlad Shepelev

Vlad Shepelev has extensive work experience in the field of manufacturing engineering. From 2002 to 2011, they worked at St. Jude Medical as a Laser Process Engineer and Process Development Technician. In these roles, they improved manufacturing processes, designed equipment and tooling, and optimized production procedures.

From 2012 to 2022, Vlad worked at Creganna Medical as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer and Laser Process Development Engineer. Vlad administered various manufacturing processes, implemented Lean Manufacturing principles to reduce waste and defects, and performed tooling and fixture design. Vlad also developed laser welding applications, designed custom fixtures, and transferred manufacturing processes.

Currently, Vlad Shepelev is working as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Command Medical Products, Inc. Beginning in 2022, they continue to utilize their expertise in manufacturing engineering.

Vlad Shepelev obtained their Master's degree in Optoelectronics from Moscow State Institute of Radio Engineering, Electronics and Automation (Technical University) between the years 1991 and 1997.
