Luciano Jr Pecina, PMP®, is a seasoned construction program manager with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as Senior Construction Program Manager at Commdex since February 2021, Luciano oversees a national construction team, driving $10 million in annual sales revenue through effective management of government contracts related to LMR Communications. Previously, as Director of Strategic Initiatives at TSC Construction, LLC, Luciano led efforts for transformative wireless technology projects, enhancing service revenue. Luciano's background includes roles at Verizon and Alltel Wireless, where responsibilities spanned large-scale project management, capital management, and network growth initiatives.
